Breast Augmentation

This 38-year-old woman came to our Beverly Hills office interested in a breast augmentation. She didn’t like the size of her small breasts and hoped to move from a size A cup to a full C or D cup. During her consultation with the doctor, she asked questions about the different size and material options for her surgery. They discussed the different options for incision including through the armpit, through the nipple and through a fold under the breast. Dr. Sayah noted that the patient’s left breast was slightly larger than her right and agreed that an augmentation would provide symmetry while also increasing her breast size to her desired cup size. After her consultation, the patient chose 450 cc smooth round silicone implants to be inserted through an incision made under her armpit and placed beneath her breast muscle. As you can see in the patient’s after photo, her breasts are larger (increased to a full C cup) and are now much more symmetrical. She is very happy with the outcome of her surgery.
